I express my consent to the processing of my personal data by Metalurgia S.A. with its registered office in Radomsko (97-500), at ul. Św. Rozalii 10/12 in reference to sending company’s newsletters and promotional materials.
The data is processed based on the Art. 6 par. 1 letter a of a general regulation on the protection of personal data issued on the 27th of April 2016, hereinafter referred to as RODO.
The data is to be stored for an indefinite period or until the consent for processing the aforementioned data is withdrawn. The person whose data are processed has the right to access his or her data, correct, rectify and delete data, limit processing and make a complaint addressed to the supervisory body.
The data will be subjected to automated processing, among other things, profiling. Providing of data is voluntary. However, it is necessary to achieve the indicated objective.
