METALURGIA SA is a company that, in addition to its reach history, had a great contribution in development of the whole Radomsko region. The company was founded in 1879 and since then it has had a significant impact on the region. The size of the facilities and its production profile has not only strongly influenced the human resources and general economy of the town, but also had a strong impact on urban planning and trends in architecture. Having over a century of diverse experience, METALURGIA SA has acquired a good understanding of its social responsibility. Since the Company has joined the  TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY – MORAVIA STEEL Group, it has gained an opportunity to benefit from best practices of the Czech steel plant.  

The strategy of METALURGIA SA concerning the corporate social responsibility is focused on three areas:
