From the very beginning of Metalurgia S.A. existence, the quality of our products was our priority. Due to the experience we have gathered during over 140 years of operation, we are able to offer products complying with all requirements of both, national and foreign standards, to our customers.


            Our customers, suppliers and co-operators are considered as having their impact on shaping the quality of our products. The basis of our cooperation is always orientation at current and future requirements of the end-user. For this reason, caring for constant improvement of the quality of our offer with respect to the products and to the services, we have always used the feedback on expectations and evaluation of our customers. Our key and target goals concerning the quality are based on this feedback and achieving those goals is a drive for creativity in pursuit for perfecting the final products.
            We have constantly modernised the machine park, implementing economic and safe for the environment technologies, making our material management more efficient and optimising the control processes at all production stages. We remain open to globally recognised management methods. Our management bodies and employees participate in "lean management" trainings, thereby we have implemented 5S-based work methods in key production areas.
                                                                      

 

The proof of our commitment to constant development is awarding in 2001 a certificate of Quality Management System for fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard. The certificate was awarded to our company by a recognised international certification body, TÜV SÜD.
